About

I'm Hannah, a registered Social Worker with more than 25 years' experience supporting people, practitioners and organisations to create meaningful and lasting change.

Throughout my career, I've worked in frontline, leadership and strategic roles, designing services, developing programmes, supporting practitioners and leading research and evaluation. Much of my work has been alongside refugees, people seeking asylum and survivors of human trafficking, alongside broader experience across safeguarding, social care and community services.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: people thrive when they feel safe to learn, reflect and grow.

That belief shapes everything I do. Whether I'm facilitating experiential learning, reflective supervision, evaluating a programme or supporting service development, my aim is to create thoughtful, psychologically safe spaces where people can develop confidence, strengthen practice and navigate complexity with curiosity and compassion.

Participation and collaboration are central to my approach. I believe the people most affected by services should help shape them, and I work with organisations to ensure lived experience informs practice, learning and decision-making.

Above all, I want my work to leave organisations stronger, practitioners more confident, and the people they support better served.

Because when people are safe to learn, they are Safe to Grow.
