About
I'm Hannah.
I'm a registered Social Worker with 25+ years' experience supporting practitioners, organisations and services to learn, develop and create meaningful change.
My career includes frontline practice, strategic leadership, service and programme development, research and evaluation. Much of my work has been alongside refugees, people seeking asylum and survivors of human trafficking, alongside wider experience in safeguarding, social care and community services.
I believe people do their best work when they feel safe to learn, reflect and grow.
That's at the heart of what I do — whether I'm providing reflective supervision, facilitating learning, evaluating a programme or supporting service development, I create thoughtful, psychologically safe spaces where people can build confidence, think critically and navigate complexity with curiosity and compassion.
I work collaboratively and value lived experience, participation and learning from those most affected by services.
My aim is simple: build stronger organisations, more confident practitioners and better experiences and outcomes for the people they support.
