Supervision

Whether undertaking one-to-one, group or management supervision, I aim to create a safe reflective space for participants.

I utilise a supervision approach which focuses on building relationships and connection, promotes anti-oppressive practice, social justice and cultural humility - a space where supervision can be transformative. Click on the arrows for more information.

  • I offer one-to-one supervision for Social Workers and other professionals helping children, young people, and adults in any context.

Each session lasts 60 minutes, however, longer sessions can be requested. Sessions are on-line, using a platform preferred by the supervisee.

Supervisee’s can bring any subject they would like to the session and together we will develop the agenda.

Sessions end with a reflection on the session, learning and how this might be implemented in practice.

  • I offer online group supervision for Social Workers and other professionals helping children, young people, and adults in any context.

Each session lasts up to 120 minutes, however, this can be adapted to meet individual need.

Supervisee’s can bring any subject they would like to the session and together we will develop the agenda and ensure all participants have equal time to explore.
